Magdiela Hermida Duhamel is an Animation Producer with animation & live action production experience from page to post.
Her career spans various studios (FX Networks, FOX, DreamWorks Animation, Warner Brothers Animation) and projects such as Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia, Marvel Studios' first animated series What If…? and Nickelodeon’s first Mexican-American show The Casagrandes.
Magdiela champions and advocates for diversity both in front and behind the camera. In 2018, Magdiela founded LatinX in Animation (LXiA), a signature program under the Latino Film Institute, to build a community for Latinx professionals that work in different roles throughout animation, VFX, and gaming. She currently serves as LXiA's Co-Director and is an associate producer at Pixar Animation Studios.
