ROSSANA BAUMEISTER

Born in Nicaragua, Rossana is a film producer, with several short films that have been shown worldwide in her portfolio. "Ombligo de agua" (2018) premiered in the International Film Festival in Rotterdam (IFFR) and "Fuerza Bruta'' (2016) won a Special Mention for the Prix Revelation at the Festival Reencontres de Toulouse. She recently produced Laura Baumeister ‘s feature debut Daughter of Rage, which had its World Premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

JORGE ALFARO

Jorge is a Los Angeles-based Film and TV producer and executive. He graduated from Columbia University’s MFA in Creative Producing program with a prior education in Applied Mathematics, Economics and Finance. After his Masters, he worked at companies such as Wild Bunch, Magnolia Pictures, Salma Hayek’s Ventanarosa, Eugenio Derbez’s 3Pas Studios and El Estudio, serving as Director of Creative Affairs. Over the past few years he held the position of Director of Development & Production at Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, where he developed and oversaw numerous films for the studio while continuing working with A-list creators, filmmakers and talent. After years in the studio system he decided to go on his own to create a company that will reshape the future of Hollywood. Born in Mexico City, he has a passion for powerful, character-driven narratives and classical storytelling.

SUMMER JOY “SJ” MAIN MUÑOZ

Summer Joy “SJ” Main Muñoz is a drama director of recent shows including Fear The Walking Dead, The Cleaning Lady and Manifest. Prior to transitioning to directing professionally, Main Muñoz worked in production for nearly 20 years in roles including Director of Development, freelance Production Supervisor and Post Supervisor. Main Muñoz is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), the TV Academy, and she’s been a member of the DGA since 2020 where she is Co-Chair of the Latino Committee. Main Muñoz is the recipient of the James Bridges Award for Excellence in Acting from UCLA's School of Theatre, Film, and Television where she received her Bachelor's degree. She received an MFA in Film Directing from Columbia University of New York and also holds a doctorate from the European Graduate School of Switzerland where she studied with directors including Claire Denis and Atom Egoyan.
