Guillermo Pacheco Soffia has been working in film festivals and films for over 12 years. He started in SANFIC, where he would move on to Miami Film Festival, FilmGate, and now LALIFF. He has managed different departments successfully throughout his career. As for his film career, his most recognizable works are "First Reformed" (2017) which was nominated for an Oscar for Best Screenplay and won multiple Gotham awards, and "A Little White Lie" (2017) film that, together with Tomas Alzamora and Pablo Calisto, created winning such awards as the Jordan Ressler Award at MFF.
