LXiA is excited to announce the return of Animation Day, Friday June 3rd, as part of the LALIFF’s 21st edition. This year’s Animation Day presents a thrilling schedule of exclusive premieres, panel discussions or “cafecitos”, masterclasses, portfolio reviews, animated episodic program, animated shorts program, and more.

LALIFF announced today the ten visionary Afro Latino and Indigenous Latino directors that were selected for its Latinx Inclusion Fellowship, sponsored by Netflix. The Fellowship, now in its second year, was created to develop extensive and inclusive opportunities for underrepresented groups within the Latino community.
