AITCH ALBERTO

Writer/director born and raised in Miami, Florida. She has written on Duster for HBO Max and Little America for AppleTV+. Most recently, she has adapted and directed the NYT's Best-Selling young adult novel “Aristotle And Dante Discover The Secrets Of The Universe” by Benjamin Alire Sanez. The film was produced by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Eugenio Derbez and made its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The film will have a wide theatrical release this summer. Aitch has been included on The Black List's inaugural Latinx List, the Tracking Board's Hit List and Young & Hungry List, and NALIP's list of "Latinx Directors You Should Know". Most recently was featured on Variety’s 10 Directors To Watch for 2022 and Indiewire’s 22 Rising Female Filmmakers. Mostly recently, Vogue Poland named her one of this 'generation's defining female voices in filmmaking.'

LINDA YVETTE CHAVEZ

Creator, director, writer, showrunner, and producer Linda has emerged in the entertainment industry as a powerful voice, bringing fearless, inclusive and impactful stories to the big and small screens. Chávez made her first big splash in 2020 with her groundbreaking Netflix series Gentefied, which she co-created and helmed as co- showrunner, director, and executive producer. The show was nominated for a prestigious Peabody Award, ten Imagen Foundation Awards and a GLAAD Media Award nomination. More recently, Chávez penned the upcoming Searchlight Pictures feature film Flamin’ Hot, directed by Eva Longoria and is currently adapting the New York Times bestselling book “I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter” by Erika L. Sanchez.

Kevin Shih, Manager, Creative Talent & Content for Global Talent Development & Inclusion at Universal Filmed Entertainment Group where he focuses on creating space for writers with aspirations to write Live-action features, and Animation TV and Features.

Prior to joining Universal, he was a Development Executive at Crypt TV, Vimeo, and Studio 8. Raised in Orange County, California, Kevin received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film Production at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
