Latino Film Institute’s (LFI) Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (LALIFF), one of the most anticipated events of the year for Latinos in entertainment and audiences alike, took place May 29 – June 2, 2024 at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatres in Hollywood, CA and the Regal LA Live in Downtown Los Angeles.
LALIFF will open with critically acclaimed In the Summers, and close with the World Premiere of Grassland. This edition will include an expanded industry program footprint with a new film market, over 90 films, 19 world premieres, and over 150 Youth Cinema Project student films.

The Latino Film Institute (LFI) proudly unveiled 10 visionary directors selected for the 4th annual LFI Inclusion Fellowship. With support for the fourth consecutive year by the Netflix Fund for Creative Equity, each fellow will receive a $30,000 grant to produce a short film along with individualized mentorship and industry networking opportunities.
Industry leaders Ivette Rodriguez and Pete Corona invited to join the board.
